As part of our growing Field Services Team we are seeking a qualified and electrician work in our team of field services technicians to install and service products which help organisations reduce their energy & water bills. Products include superior LED lighting, motor controls, building controls and water saving products. Our wide range of customers include large hotel companies, such as Radisson and Hilton, plus public sector organisations e.g. schools, colleges, police, MOD etc.

Profile
• A self-starter, with a technical bias. Not the sort of person that looks for lots of central service support or guidance.
• Good and easy going personality.
• Smart personal presentation with pride in yourself and your work
• Good client facing attitude, willing to help and with customer service at the forefront of your work
• Team player and ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
• Eager to learn about new products and systems.
• You may have worked for one of our target sectors.
• You will be comfortable overseeing and/or working with our Field Service department to deliver projects often stretching over several months
• Passionate about detail and customer service
• You will be comfortable in dealing at various levels from maintenance managers, through to general managers and potential Director level.
• You will have an interest in sustainability and want to do your bit for the planet and be interested in what is being installed.
• The correct candidate will have the opportunity to grow and lead a team of Electrician and Plumbers, including manage 3rd party contracts as required.

Qualifications
• JIB trained (not essential)
• Served apprenticeship preferred
• City & Guilds 236 Pt1,2 (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds AM1,2 (or equivalent)
• 17th Edition qualified (or equivalent)
• Desirable 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Certificates needed for verification

Skills required
• Ability to read plans/ schematic drawings.
• Technically biased Electrician with testing and fault finding skills.
• IT literate, Outlook and Excel as a minimum .
• Full driving license and happy to travel to jobs across the UK if required.
